What we can say about this unit
441 sqft in Stonehenge Residences II with a balcony, advertised unfurnished. The tower was delivered in 2025 on the developer's published date. 4 cheques, chiller billed through DEWA and available from 3 September 2026. The advertiser does not say which appliances stay with the unit. What we have seen in this tower: studio kitchens are run as an open kitchenette off the entry; floors are large-format beige porcelain tile throughout, bedrooms included; glazing is floor-to-ceiling in dark aluminium with a sliding leaf onto the balcony; and wardrobes are full-height and built in. MNWR has not been inside this unit.
Light & quiet
When the sun reaches each room, and what you hear
Modelled from the tower’s position and this unit’s facade aspect. Nobody has stood in these rooms at four in the afternoon yet, so treat the bars as a shape to check on the viewing, not a measurement.
Northwest-facing living room
Direct sun should fall roughly from 14:00 – 19:30 — about 5.5 hours a day. That is the longest run of light in the home.

Stonehenge Residences II
The sibling tower, two hundred metres west on plot 956 in JVC District 15, same developer and the same 2025 delivery date. Twelve storeys over a retail podium on MNWR's reading of the elevations, with a lift lobby, a gym glazed onto the podium garden and the same rooftop lap pool. It sits one plot back from the junction on a two-lane internal street.

One room off the podium garden: a two-tier rack of about nine dumbbell pairs, a rack-and-cable rig, two adjustable benches, two treadmills, a bike and a cross-trainer. The heaviest pair on the rack reads mid-twenties, so it is a maintenance gym, not a lifting gym.

MNWR road model (no live traffic yet)iStraight-line distance × 1.35 for Dubai's road grid, driven at 24 km/h in peak hours and 38 km/h off-peak. The model has one peak speed and no sense of direction, so the two weekday windows read the same until a live traffic provider is connected.· Driving, one way, from the building’s pin.· Morning and evening are one column because the model returns one peak speed for both; live traffic separates them.
Commute to your saved places
How we estimateHow these are estimatedStraight-line distance × 1.35 for Dubai’s road grid, driven at 24 km/h at rush hour and 38 km/h off-peak. A live routing API replaces this one function in the full product; every surface in MNWR uses the same numbers so they never disagree.Work — DIFC
